You don't have to tell the people of God to rejoice. We just do, because we are His people; we gather together in His presence with a joy that is God-centered, full of remembering God's faithful works, and overflowing with thanksgiving that is offered back to Him.

“Prove It!” As a kid, that was a quick come-back response we used in order to shut someone down when they made a braggadocios statement about themselves.
When it comes to genuine love, we not only want to hear it, but we also want to see it in action, agree? We may not say it out loud, but in our spirit, when it comes to love we’re thinking, “Prove it!”
And, how about our love for God? It’s one thing to say we love God, or to say that Jesus is the most important person in our life, but the proof is more evident in our living than in our telling, true? Indeed, if we are living as sacrifices to God, our lives will take on qualities that reveal we belong to Him.
